Worship Team | Practices on Thursday evenings 7:00 – 8:30 pm. Our worship team is made up of singer and musicians who commit time and heart to leading our congregation in the worship of our mighty Savior Jesus Christ. The worship team instrumentalists are made up of drummer, bass guitar, electric guitar, rhythm guitar, violin, flute, keyboards, and vocalists. We provide a variety of music styles, with emphasis on contemporary worship music. Worship Coordinator: Pam Sproul
Choir | The mission of the choir is to bring glory to God and edification to our church family through music. We have many talented and gifted singers in our congregation who commit themselves to weekly practices and Sunday service ministry. Generally, we sing in our morning worship services twice a month. We sing a variety of traditional and contemporary anthems. We also lead worship with the worship band on occasion. Our major works include Christmas Eve services, Good Friday, and Easter services. Drama | The Drama Ministry at SGCC uses the skit, mime, and dramatic production to communicate spiritual lessons in support of our message and mission. Drama is used to support the general message of the sermon or service and to make the gospel understood through visual means, or present a theme in the life of the church family. This is an area of ministry that we would like to expand in the future.
