Steve Paulus D.min. ~ Pastor Steve serves as senior pastor of SGCC. Pastor Steve came to know Christ in 1974 as a college student, and has served in numerous Christian activities and outreaches. In 1979 he became the founding pastor of the Raccoon Ford Christian Fellowship then in Culpeper County, Virginia. He later attended Regent University and served in Croatia, Bosnia and Slovenia with the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, Croatia. He has served as pastor of SGCC since September, 1996.
Pastor Steve’s giftings are in the area of preaching/teaching and pastoral care.
He has been married to Jane (Carver) since 1979. Their children are Benjamin (b. 1980), Anne (b. 1982), and Tom (b. 1984).
