Thank you for staying engaged with Staunton Grace Covenant through our live-streamed services and virtual prayer meetings on Sunday morning and Wednesday afternoon. We look forward to staying connected through these virtual meetings for the time being. As always, we will live-stream our Sunday morning services every week. Beginning on May 31, we will open our Sunday morning service to additional in-person participation during our live-streamed service in the fellowship hall. With the safety and well-being of our congregation in mind, the maximum capacity for this service will be 30 people, including the worship and audio-visual teams. We will offer e-registration to those interested in attending the service in person. The available seats will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. We plan to hold our first “welcome back” service in the renovated sanctuary for the entire congregation on July 12. All are invited to the July 12 celebration service. Disinfection and social distancing policies will be established for services in the fellowship hall beginning May 31 and in the sanctuary beginning July 12. Those with health complications, fever or other illness, or any hesitation about attending an in-person event are encouraged to remain at home with our blessing.
There is no plan currently in place for childcare or children’s ministry. Pray for God’s direction and guidance as we work through additional details of returning to our regular meeting times. We will offer further guidance in the weeks to come.
