You are invited to a Messianic Passover Seder! A Seder (pronounced SAY-der) is the Jewish holiday ceremony commemorating Passover, the Exodus from Egypt. God commanded the Israelites to celebrate the Passover each year to remember how He redeemed them from Egypt. It includes a ceremony similar to the liturgical service of some Christian denominations and a full meal.
By all means, children are invited! One of the purposes of a Seder in traditional Judaism is to teach the children what the Lord has done. The only stipulation is that parents should realize that the Seder is like a church service and children should be respectful. Childcare will not be provided.
The Seder includes a full meal, plus ceremonial foods. The menu includes: Matzo Ball Soup, Lamb, Baked Potato, Salad, Mixed Vegetables, and Dessert. Most food is gluten-free, and there will be gluten-free matzah available (please note on your registration if you require a gluten-free option).
Registration for the Seder has closed.
