Gary and Joy moved from Niagara Falls, NY to Virginia 40 years ago when Gary was invited to serve in the Print Shop at Christian Aid Mission in Charlottesville where he continues to serve. They raised 2 daughters Sarah and Jennifer here. Sarah and her husband John and 3 sons live in Forest, VA where John serves at Liberty University and runs several companies. Jennifer and her husband Dave and 3 sons and daughter live in Painted Post NY where Dave serves as pastor of Beartown Road Alliance Church.
Gary and Joy have been members of Staunton Grace Covenant since it was founded. They have served in various capacities throughout the years. From serving in the nursery to singing in the choir and on the worship team and wherever they were needed.
Currently Joy serves on the Finance Committee, Missions committee and the Executive Team. Gary currently serves as an Elder on the Elder Board, the Missions Committee and as one of the Worship Leaders.
